I really enjoyed the clear concepts she used to make it easy to follow along. Even though my college studies aren’t aligned with trauma informed theories I was able to grasp them easily. I am not usually into reading books but this one had my attention hooked the whole time. The way things are described so clearly is one thing that stood out to me. I give the book 5 stars. Don’t think about reading this! READ IT!
